The minimum number of birthday guests is 10.
The group will be met at the main gates by one of our Education Department monitors, who will then show our young guests some of the zoo’s main facilities and tell them some of the characteristics of the species in our collection.
The children will then be given a snack meal consisting of hamburgers or sandwiches, crisps, soft drinks and birthday cake at one of our at one of our restaurants: Kibanda or Bagaray, depending on availability.
The birthday boy or girl will in addition to the Bono Parques 2010 entrance pass, also be given a boat trip during the dolphin show (depending on availability).
The guided visit lasts 3 hours. (If you wish, you may come earlier or stay after the birthday programme and enjoy all our other facilities and exhibitions in your own time).
Option 1:
The birthday programme price includes: access to the Zoo, monitor for the guided visit and snack meal comprised of sandwich, crisps, soft drink and birthday cake.
Free access to the Zoo will be offered to the parents of the birthday boy or girl.

What do I need to do to make a birthday reservation?
Call or email us, request availability and make the corresponding payment by bank transfer to the account that we will inform you of.
Will the group be accompanied?
During the three hours that the birthday programme lasts, the group will be accompanied by a monitor who will show the children some of the Zoo’s facilities. Nevertheless, the presence and company of one adult per ten children to accompany the group is required.
What do I need to do when I arrive?
On arrival you should wait for your monitor at the main gate at the agreed time.
Do the parents have to pay?
As part of the birthday programme the parents of the birthday boy or girl are allowed free entry to the Zoo. However, any other adults accompanying the group will have to pay the corresponding entrance fee.
What does the monitor do?
The monitor takes the children on a guided visit of the Zoo Aquarium, explaining in detail the various aspects and curiosities of our animals.
What happens if a child doesn’t show up and there are less than 10 children?
Payment should be made for the minimum of 10 children, at the reduced entrance price.
