  • Programa CBSG | Zoo Aquarium de Madrid

The CBSG falls within the organizational umbrella of the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources).

CBSG's mission is to save from extinction the most endangered species conservation by increasing efficiency worldwide.

Through its annual and membership contribution, the United Parks Foundation participated during the past year in conservation programs in situ terrestrial calao, jaguar, Caribbean manatees and chimpanzees in Sierra Leone. We also participate in a Think Tank meeting to explore possible models of control wild populations of cats and dogs. He also participated in the Asian Wild Cattle Specialist Group in a workshop on endangered Indonesian species such as banteng, anoa, komodos, and gibbons Java.

The International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources promotes, through education and conservation, the formation of a committee to lay the groundwork and supervise the management guidelines for conservation projects "ex situ". The United Parks Foundation actively collaborates in this task
