A child's birthday is a very special date, why not celebrate it in a different place with fun activities? At Madrid Zoo, the kids will enjoy nature and have a great time learning about our animals with their friends.
PANDA SPECIAL PACK – DAY
Price: €29.90 VAT included/child
This option includes:
- Access to the venue.
- “Special” crown for the birthday kid and the guests.
- 3 hours of guided tour with educator. Groups of up to 14 children maximum. Always accompanied by 1 responsible adult.
- If the group is made up of more than 14 children, you can hire an additional educator.
- Travel by train through the Asian continent, where we will see: giant pandas, takines, elephants, tigers, red pandas...
- Lunch in one of our restaurants, consisting of: Pasta with tomato, chicken nuggets, chips, water or juice and special panda dessert.
- Surprise for the birthday kid and their guests with a special Photocall and fun accessories to take souvenir photos!
- 2 free adult tickets for each group of 10 children.
KOALA PACK – DAY
Price: €23.90 VAT included/child
This option includes:
- Access to the enclosure.
- 3 hours of guided tour with educator. Groups of up to 14 children maximum. Always accompanied by 1 responsible adult.
- If the group is made up of more than 14 children, you can hire an additional educator.
- Lunch in one of our restaurants, consisting of: Pasta with tomato, chicken nuggets, chips, water or juice and a slice of cake.
- 2 free adult tickets for each group of 10 children.
IBERIAN LYNX PACK - AFTERNOON
Price: €19.50 VAT included/child.
This option includes:
- Access to the venue from 3:00 p.m.
- 2 hours of guided tour with educator. Groups of up to 14 children maximum. Always accompanied by 1 responsible adult.
- If the group is made up of more than 14 children, you can hire an additional educator.
- Snack in one of our restaurants, consisting of: cold mixed sandwich, water or juice and muffin (with its candle included).
- 2 free adult tickets for each group of 10 children.

How to book
To make a reservation, call us at 91 154 74 79 or fill out our contact form. We will tell you the steps to follow to formalise your reservation.
IT IS ESSENTIAL to confirm date availability with the Events department before making the payment. The booking process is always done through our contact form or by phone (91 154 74 79), requesting date availability and birthday option. Once confirmed, you will be sent the account number to make the transfer for the total number of attendees.
- All attendee data will be confirmed 4 business days prior to the celebration.
- Cancellations or modifications are not accepted 3 business days before the celebration.
- The reservation will be considered firm, once the proof of total payment of the same has been received by bank transfer.

Birthday kid's age
We celebrate birthdays for kids from 3 to 14 years old.

How many of you are there? (minimum 10 guests)
The minimum number of guests is 10 children (places are limited and subject to availability).

Schedules and additional tickets
Children's birthday parties are always held during park opening hours (you can view this information on the shedules page).
The access of the attendees is done at the same time.
Additional Adult Tickets:
We offer the possibility of purchasing additional adult tickets at the price of €23.90 (day options) and €19.50 (afternoon option) including VAT per person. Conditions:
- Does not include menu or discount with Bono Parques (Annual Pass).
- These tickets can be purchased together with the birthday reservation.
- It cannot be purchased with this special rate outside of this option.

Other considerations
- Since we do not have space to keep gifts, we recommend that parents bring and deliver them when the children are picked up.
- You can enjoy the schedule that best suits you, either in the afternoon or in the morning. It will all depend on what best suits your preferences and our opening hours. We have catering service, and of course, birthday cake with candles that can not miss in a celebration like this.
- You must book in advance before inviting as many people as you want.
- In case there are several children who celebrate the birthday, the conditions and gratuities are not modified.

Bono Parques (Annual Pass) benefits
The organizer of the birthday and holder of a Gold Annual Pass has a 5% discount. Platinum Annual Pass holders have a 10% discount.
The discount is applied to the ticket pack + menu in any of the options. (Discount not applicable to the hiring of and additional educator).
