Complete your visit with our All Inclusive bracelet! Enjoy a wide consumption of food and drinks, with our bracelet valid for 1 person per day, with a wide variety of menus, drinks and snacks in our restaurants. All Inclusive Adult bracelet is valid for people from 8 years old, the All Inclusive Child bracelet is valid for children from 3 to 7 years old and the All Inclusive Person with a disability bracelet is valid for people from 8 years old.

What does the All Inclusive bracelet include?

With our All Inclusive bracelet you can buy one drink per person every 60 minutes maximum. Consumption for the Adult All Inclusive and for People with limited mobility is understood to be a fast-food menu (hamburger, hotdog), self-service menu and pizzas, sandwiches, water, normal soft drink or normal beer. In the cafeterias and/or ice cream parlors you can buy drinks, pastries, ice cream and normal snacks.

In the case of the Child All Inclusive, consumption is understood to be a children's fast food menu (hamburger, hot dog, nuggets) or children's self-service menu and pizzas, sandwiches, water or soft drinks. In the cafeterias and/or ice cream parlors you can buy drinks, pastries, ice cream and normal snacks.

Where can you use the All Inclusive bracelet?

You can use the All Inclusive bracelet at all points of sale identified with the All Inclusive badge. Remember that these are subject to availability according to the opening calendar and seasonality throughout the season, check the opening and closing times of restaurants on the day of your visit.

The Smartkiosk of the Virunga Hamburger Restaurant (you must request the food at the bar directly at this location), vending machines and à la carte dishes from the Bagaray restaurant (where you will have a 50% discount) are excluded.

How to get the All Inclusive bracelet?

You can buy your bracelet only when you enter the park (the wristband is not sold separately), through our website or at the park ticket office. On the day of your visit, come to our Information office at the Park entrance. There they will activate your All Inclusive bracelet (personal and non-transferable) and they will teach you how to use it. In order to purchase your All Inclusive bracelet at the Box Office, you must prove the purchase of a general ticket (from 8 years old), or the purchase of a child ticket (from 3 to 7 years old) or a reduced ticket for a person with a disability + free companion. In the latter case, you must purchase two All Inclusive bracelets (one for the person with a disability and one for the companion).

Don't forget that...

The bracelet is valid only for the holder, for the day of the visit. The bracelet is non-transferable and personal and therefore it is not allowed to deliver products (food or drink) to other people. If detected, the bracelet will be removed. In the event that the bracelet is damaged or lost, it will not be replaced.

*All-Inclusive restaurants are subject to availability. The bracelet will only be valid on the day of the visit.

Adult Fast Food Menu:

• Choose between 100% beef burger, chicken burger, XXL hot dog, bacon, sirloin or chicken sandwich or slice of pizza, with fries and a drink.
• If you fancy a "greener" option, you can also redeem it for a salad and drink combo.
• The price varies according to the selected day.
• This menu is redeemable from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Serengeti Restaurant (sandwich, hamburger or pizza), Virunga Hamburger Restaurant (hamburger or hot dog), Aquarium Kiosk (sandwich or hot dog) and Australia Kiosk (hot dog). When entering the park, check the restaurants open on the day of your visit.

Child Fast Food Menu:

• Choose between children's hamburger, children's dog or nuggets, with potatoes, drink and drinkable yogurt.
• The price varies according to the selected day.
• Redeemable from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Virunga Hamburger restaurant, Aquarium Kiosk and Australia Kiosk (according to opening calendar, check when entering the park).

A menu to enjoy a tasty and relaxed family meal!

Adult Gourmet Menu:

• Choose a first and second course, drink and dessert from the wide variety that we offer.
• The price varies according to the selected day.
• This menu is redeemable from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at "Kibanda Self-Service". When entering the park, check the restaurants open on the day of your visit.

Child Gourmet Menu:

• Composed of a plate of pasta with tomato, nuggets, fries, cheese sticks and a drink.
• The price varies according to the selected day.
• This menu is redeemable from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at "Kibanda Self-Service". When entering the park, check the restaurants open on the day of your visit.

With the new Coca-Cola Freestyle Cups you can enjoy your visit to the fullest, with your favorite drink. With the innovative dispensing system of Coca Cola Freestyle machines, you can serve yourself your own drinks, with the possibility of combining flavors, more than 100 possibilities to choose from!

How does it work?

• Buy your glass through our website or at the restaurants in the park: Main Cafeteria, Seal Kiosk, Dolphinarium Kiosk, Burger Virunga, Ice Cream Terrace. If you buy your glass online, on the day of your visit, go to the Main Cafeteria to activate it.
  
• With your reusable cup (with it you help us take care of the environment!), you can go every 45 minutes to our points at Hamburguesería Virunga and the Dolphinarium Kiosk to refill it and enjoy the drink that you like the most. If you get bored of a flavor, change it and try another one of the 100 options that we offer you!
• And if you come another day, you can reuse your glass, you just have to reactivate it in the Main Cafeteria or the Dolphinarium Kiosk, only at €10 per glass.
