How to get here - by car

You can also come to our facilities by car.

If you’re coming from the centre of Madrid, the fastest way to reach us is to take the M-30 and then the Estremadura Dual Carriageway (A-5/N-V) taking exit 5A, following the signs for Zoológico. If, on the other hand, you’re coming from the outskirts, we are on the A-5/N-V exit 5A.

By metro 

How to get here - by metro

The metro leaves you 900 metres from our entrance in the Casa de Campo station. To reach it you have two options:

- Line 10, which connects the north and south of Madrid Region rapidly and directly, or
- Line 5 is you come from Carabanchel or the south of the city.

By bus

How to get here - by bus

One of the great advantages of Madrid Zoo’s location is that it is well connected by public transport.

EMT no. 33 bus (daily) leaves you at the door to the park and quickly connects you with the interchange at Príncipe Pío and the Casa de Campo metro station.

We suggest access by public transportation to our park to avoid parking problems and also, take care of the environment. We suggest you use the EMT bus line 33 or Metro line 5 or line 10 (Casa de Campo Station).

Following the indication of the competent authorities, Zoo Aquarium de Madrid will remain closed out of consideration for the health and safety of our visitors and employees. We continue to provide regular updates through this website and social media.

Since our priority is that our visitors can enjoy the unique experiences of our park, for customers with tickets on dates with the park closed, changes will be allowed for dates on any other day in the year 2020. If you made your purchase at the box office or on the park's website, please write an email to with your ticket information for personalized management of your case. For other sales channels, please contact your distribution point directly.

In the meantime, and seeking to safeguard our animals wellbeing, our veterinarians and caretakers teams will continue to diligently look after them on a daily basis.
